What makes sheep wool so special?
Sheep wool is a true wonder of nature. A natural fiber that has been known for its special properties since ancient times, but has been replaced by the industry with cheaper synthetic petroleum fibers. Sheep wool is 100% natural, moisture and temperature regulating, flame resistant, and much more. Sheep wool does not suffer from quality loss as is the case with down or other chemical fibers.
In addition, sheep wool is odor-resistant, wrinkle-free, dirt-repellent, and does not become statically charged. Sheep wool always remains of high quality. Furthermore, no animals have to suffer for our products, as sheep are only sheared. For down, geese or ducks must be killed. We use the finest, natural sheep wool for our products.
What is the difference between sheep wool and down?
Down comes from geese and ducks. They are produced in various ways. They all have one thing in common: Many animals must suffer unimaginably.
Most down comes from the intensive farming of ducks and geese. When reaching for these blankets, one should be aware of this.
In contrast, the process with sheep takes place entirely without animal cruelty. Sheep must be sheared at least twice a year; otherwise, the animals would eventually die. In many countries, sheep wool is burned or buried because sheep farmers have no use for this precious natural fiber. Duvets made from sheep wool are much more moisture-regulating than duvets made from down. Sheep wool is more flame-resistant, breathable, and temperature-regulating than ordinary expensive down duvets.

How long can I withdraw from my order?
SYou have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item (for more details, please refer to our right of withdrawal).
What happens after I cancel my order?
INIf you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fifteen days from the day we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier date.
How do I cancel my order?
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).
How does my order get returned to you?
You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fifteen days from the day you inform us of the cancellation of this contract to MedSalus woolhome GmbH at the following address: MedSalus woolhome GmbH (i.V.), Oberseidendorf 19, 9122 St. Kanzian am Klopeiner See/Austria. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
Do I have to cover the costs for the return?
The costs of returning the package are to be borne by you. You can determine the method of package shipping yourself. In the event of a cancellation, you will be contacted by us and receive all necessary steps.
